Raw Material Sourcing to Global Standards
All steel and alloys used in our production are sourced from select foundries meeting European and global standards, approved by leading global mining companies.
Traceability: Every metal block entering our facility is logged with a "Heat Number" and a raw material certificate. This allows the source casting of the final product to be traced even years later.
Chemical and Physical Verification (Material Validation)
We don't simply rely on supplier certificates — we verify every batch in our own laboratory.
Spectrometric Analysis: Every incoming batch of raw material is analyzed with our spectrometer to confirm that the alloying elements (carbon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, etc.) meet target specifications.
Ultrasonic Testing: Raw material batches carrying a risk of internal voids or cracks are eliminated before entering the production line.
