Every metal block entering our facilities undergoes chemical composition analysis using our spectrometry equipment. No material lacking the correct alloy ratio is permitted onto our production line.
With our state-of-the-art CNC fleet, we manufacture to micron-level tolerances while remaining fully compliant with OEM standards.
We ensure maximum durability through specialized heat treatment cycles optimized for the rock structure and wear conditions the part will encounter in operation.
The production date and raw material lot number of every part manufactured is recorded in our digital system — allowing a part's "technical birth certificate" to be retrieved even years later.
