1 Independent Operations and Commercial Relationships

AKKOM is an independent spare parts manufacturer and supplier. It carries out its manufacturing, sourcing and sales activities under its own business identity and responsibility.

Except for relationships expressly identified by AKKOM and supported by valid authorisation, references to third-party brands on this website do not imply any authorised dealership, distributorship, representation, partnership, sponsorship or affiliation. This website is not the official website of any of the referenced brands.

2 Trademark Rights and Limits of Reference Use

All rights in third-party brand names, logos and other distinctive signs belong to their respective owners. AKKOM does not claim ownership of these signs.

Brand names, model designations and part numbers are used to identify products, describe their intended applications and assist with part matching. Descriptive references to trademarks are made with regard to the requirements of honest commercial practices and the limits on identifying intended use set out in Article 7(5) of Türkiye's Industrial Property Law No. 6769.

These references do not imply that the respective brand owners endorse, certify or provide warranty coverage for AKKOM or the alternative products it supplies.

3 Distinction Between Original and Aftermarket Products

Products identified as aftermarket or alternative spare parts are not offered as original products of the referenced brand. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers used for these products serve as cross-references for comparison and part matching; they do not indicate that the products were manufactured by the referenced brand.

The product's original or aftermarket status, manufacturer information and any applicable commercial warranty coverage are specified in the relevant product description and quotation or sales documents. The supply of an original product by AKKOM does not, by itself, establish an authorised dealership or distributorship relationship with the brand owner.

4 Technical Suitability and Product Information

References to brands, models and part numbers do not constitute an unrestricted compatibility commitment covering every serial-number range or equipment configuration of the same model. The technical specifications and conditions of use of the product being ordered are assessed by reference to the relevant product information and the quotation and order documents agreed between the parties.

To help identify the correct product, the AKKOM team checks the part number and machine information during the quotation process. Providing the machine serial number helps us verify compatibility more efficiently.

5 Intellectual Property Notices

Rights holders or their authorised representatives who believe that content on this website infringes a trademark, copyright, design, patent or other right may contact AKKOM through the channels listed on the Contact page. Notices should include the relevant page URL, the grounds for the objection and information demonstrating ownership of the right or authority to act on the rights holder's behalf.

Notices will be reviewed, and the relevant content will be corrected or removed where necessary. Reviewing a notice or taking measures concerning the content does not, by itself, constitute an admission of infringement or legal liability. All parties retain their statutory rights to pursue remedies, raise objections and present defences.
