Dimensional and Geometric Verification (Inspection)Every completed part is inspected against its technical drawing using high-precision measurement equipment (CMM, digital micrometers, and gauges). Critical Tolerance Control: With go/no-go gauges and digital measurement systems, we eliminate even the smallest risk of a fit mismatch during assembly. |

Non-Destructive Testing and Hardness Testing (NDT & Hardness Testing)Not only the outside of a part must be flawless — the inside must be too. Crack Detection (Magnaflux/Penetrant): Microscopic cracks that may form after heat treatment are screened using magnetic particle and penetrant testing. Hardness Depth Analysis: With our Rockwell and Vickers hardness testers, we confirm that heat treatment has penetrated to the targeted depth within the part at the specified values. |

ERP Traceability and Digital Seal (Traceability)Every part has an "identity" within Akkom's digital ecosystem. Serial Number and Lot Tracking: Every product manufactured can be tracked through our ERP system, from its raw material source all the way to final shipment.
