Engineering Discipline and Production ControlRaw Material Spectrometric Analysis: Every metal block entering our facilities undergoes chemical composition analysis using our spectrometry equipment. No material lacking the correct alloy ratio is permitted onto our production line. Micron-Level Precision: With our state-of-the-art CNC fleet, we manufacture to micron-level tolerances while remaining fully compliant with OEM standards. Advanced Heat Treatment Management: We ensure maximum durability through specialized heat treatment cycles optimized for the rock structure and wear conditions the part will encounter in operation. ERP-Based Traceability: The production date and raw material lot number of every part manufactured is recorded in our digital system — allowing a part's "technical birth certificate" to be retrieved even years later. |
