Drifter (Rock Drill) Test UnitOur dedicated Drifter Test Stand — something very few spare parts manufacturers in the world possess — is Akkom's seal of quality. Real-Time Performance Analysis: Whether revised or built from scratch, every rock drill is connected to our test unit after assembly. Impact frequency, rotation torque, and hydraulic leakage tests are all carried out under real operating pressures. Digital Data Confirmation: Data from our test unit is analyzed within our digital system. No unit that fails to meet OEM performance values receives "Approval." |

Dynamic Load and Stress SimulationsParts undergo both digital and physical testing while still in the production stage. Fatigue Testing: The fatigue margin that critical parts (pistons, side bolts, gears) will exhibit after thousands of hours of operation is simulated using advanced software. Hydraulic Pressure Testing: Sealing components and housings are subjected to durability tests against the highest pressure peaks. |
